Dr. Rashi Gupta has been working as an Assistant Professor at the University School of Architecture and Planning, GGSIPU since 2024.

She has actively contributed to a range of research projects related to land management, land record management systems, the formulation of housing strategies, and project development for several cities in India. This work has involved collaborating with multidisciplinary teams comprising academic researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and representatives from major real estate companies. Her research emphasizes technological integration—such as digital record-keeping, blockchain technology, and Geographic Information Systems—to enhance the efficiency and transparency of land management systems.
