Manisha Sawant-Parlewar, has completed PhD from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT), Nagpur, India in July 2020.

She has 10 years of teaching experience. Her research interest is in probabilistic machine learning.

Currently she is working on Probabilistic Machine Learning algorithms for age estimation from facial images. Her current working experience includes classification and regression, Gaussian process regression, manifold learning, feature detection and extraction, Bayesian inference, optimization and signal and image processing.
