He combines deep ethnographical and user-centred research methods with strategic design management and manufacturing-feasible engineering to deliver high-impact innovations, and holds multiple patents in healthcare and assistive-device design.

As an educator, Yogesh drives innovation in the teaching-learning process by integrating live industry projects, case studies and hands-on prototyping labs into curriculum design, thereby transforming the classroom into a dynamic real-world design ecosystem. He also mentors start-ups and early-stage companies, facilitating the translation of ideas into commercial products and strengthening the design-innovation ecosystem.
