Dr. Jyoti Singh brings over 11 years of experience in academia and 5 years of professional practice in esteemed architectural offices such as the DDA, MCD, ITDC, and Design Forum, and has joined the University School of Architecture and Planning, GGSIPU, East Delhi Campus, Delhi in May 2024. 

 Her Ph.D. research focuses on the intricate process of transforming abstract concepts into tangible design products, providing an in-depth exploration of concept development in architectural design studios. Her research interests span architectural education, holistic approaches to architecture, energy efficiency in buildings, and sustainability in the built environment.

Dr. Singh has successfully supervised seven Master's scholars, guiding them in diverse domains such as symbiotic vernacular architecture, environmental sustainability, architectural education, AI integration in architecture, and curriculum enhancement.

She has published and presented over 10 research papers in national and international journals, conferences, and seminars.

Professionally, she is an Architect Member of the Council of Architecture, a Life Member of the Indian Institute of Architects, and an IGBC Accredited Faculty, reflecting her dedication to both academic and professional excellence.
