Mr. Saurabh Maji has joined at University School of Humanities and Social Science, GGSIPU Delhi in October 2025. His area of interest is on contemporary Japanese literature, with a sustained focus on the works of Haruki Murakami, examined through narratology, masculinity studies, and cultural theory.
He explore shifting masculine identities, narrative structures, and questions of memory, modernity, and cultural encounter in late twentieth- and twenty-first-century Japan.
His has presented his work at national research conferences and academic forums. He has been awarded institutional appreciation for research contributions.
He employ discussion-based learning, narrative mapping, and interdisciplinary frameworks to foster analytical rigour, research orientation, and critical engagement with Japanese literary traditions.
