Dr. Ravinder Kumar is a Professor at University School of Law and Legal Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Dwarka Sector-16, Delhi.

He has more than 20 years of Teaching and research experience at university level. He specializes in Constitutional Law, Access to Justice, Protective Discrimination, Religious & Minority Rights and Procedural law.

He was awarded with National Teacher Award in the field of Education & Public Awareness in National Teachers Day Celebration 2025 by Bhagidari Jan Sahyog Samiti and Delhi Police(Crime Branch). He has more than 35 publications of International and National repute including books. He has presented 40 papers at National and International Seminars / Conferences in India & abroad including International Conference at Oxford, London (UK); Saint Mary’s University, London (UK) and SWPS University, Warsaw, Poland. He is also the member of various academic bodies including Member of Editorial Board of Reputed law Journals/Review including, Journal of Constitutional Law & Jurisprudence; Journal of Human Right Law & Practice; National Journal of Criminal Law; Vidhigya-The journal of Legal Awareness etc.
