Dr. Rakesh Kumar Handa is currently teaching at the post of Assistant Professor in the University School of Law and Legal Studies (USLLS), Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Dwarka, New Delhi.

He obtained his doctorate degree in the field of Law and obtained the highest scholarship award of UTA (University Teaching Assistant) for pursuing his PhD program from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. He secured third rank in LL.M from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi.

He maintained his first class career in the field of Law. He has also completed M.Com from Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi.
