  2. Copyright granted for the “model to be adopted by the Environmental Courts and Tribunals while delivering judgements”. This Rubric entails all the plausible factors which one must take into consideration while delivering judgments
  3. A prospective patent has been filed named as “the Enviro-Juridical Model” which discusses the plausible factors or parameters and the Model itself is Sui Generis as no such model has been adopted at the international and national legal paraphernalia
