Prof. (Dr.) Lisa P. Lukose is working as Professor at the University School of Law and Legal Studies (USLLS), Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi. 

Prof. (Dr.) Lisa P. Lukose is a Gold Medallist and First Rank Holder in Law from Pune University. She currently serves as Chairperson, IPU–IPR Cell; Director, Legal Aid cell, GGSIPU.

Prof. Lisa is having a 22 years of teaching experience, she has served in esteemed institutions such as the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi, and Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala.
She has received several prestigious honours, including the Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Distinguished Professor Award (2021) in Intellectual Property Rights Law, Outstanding Faculty of the Year Award (2021), and Leading Educationalist of India Award (2022) for excellence in professional education.
Dr. Lukose has authored/edited nine books and published over 90 research papers in reputed national and international journals. She serves as an Expert Member nominated by the Higher Education Department, Government of Delhi, for establishing the New State Law University, and is also on the Advisory Panel of the Intellectual Property Division, Delhi High Court.
As a Member of the Geographical Indications Expert Legal Committee, Government of India, she has contributed to the registration of over a hundred GIs. She is a regular resource persons at UGC programmes FDPs, and Govt Training Programmes. Under her leadership, the GGSIPU Legal Aid Centre was recognized as the Best Legal Aid Centre in Delhi in 2023.
