Dr. Nikhilesh Sharma is a passionate and versatile academician and creative professional with over 15 years of comprehensive experience in the fields of graphic motion design, animation, visual communication, photography, and digital media.

Currently, he is working as an Assistant Professor at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), Delhi, where he actively contributes to academic instruction, curriculum design, and student mentoring in the areas of design and communication technologies.

Dr. Sharma has published 12 Research papers, and attended 3 conferences. Beyond academia, Dr. Sharma has held various creative and technical positions in both academic institutions and the industry. Notably, he served as Assistant Deputy Director at Shri Vishwakarma Skill University, where he led university-level branding and content design initiatives, including video production and digital documentation. He has also worked as a Senior Animator at J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, Faridabad, and contributed to projects at Genpact India Pvt. Ltd., handling global clients across multiple continents.
