Bio Note

Khushwant Sehra received his B.Tech. degree in Electronics from the University of Delhi, New Delhi, India, in 2017, and his M.Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University School of Information, Communication & Technology, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi, India, in 2019. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the Department of Electronic Science, University of Delhi. His research interests include the modeling, simulation, and fabrication of GaN-based HEMT devices.
