Research Projects
Project Title Project Type Year Of Sanction Outcome/Output Duration
Constraining the pressure-temperature-fluid composition and timing of deep crustal metasomatism, preserved in the Southern Granulite Terrane, India Major 2021 The project focuses on constraining the pressure-temperature (P-T) conditions and the chemical composition of fluids of deep crustal fluid-rock interaction (also, called metasomatism) at subduction-collision zones within the Southern Granulite Terrain of India. An integrated approach of petrological, thermodynamic and geochemical methodologies will be applied to the metamorphic rocks of the selected terrane. Ongoing since 24-12-2021 (3 years, 25 days)
