Serving as a Senior Assistant Professor (Level-12) on a permanent basis, with extensive experience in Post Graduate Teaching in the disciplines of Lifelong Learning & Extension and Tourism Management, along with Ph.D. /Doctoral-Level Teaching and Research Supervision. Successfully guided four Ph.D. scholars till now  and to completion and published more than 24 research papers in reputed academic journals. Also entrusted with numerous university-level administrative and academic responsibilities, contributing significantly to institutional development and governance.
