Organisational Behaviour and Humar Resource Maanagement

Dr. Manali Takkar is working as Assistant Professor at University School of Management Studies, GGSIPU since September 2025. 

She is a UGC-NET qualified academician with a Ph.D. in Management, specializing in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour. 

Dr. Takkar is engaged as Convenor for Institution's Innovation Council-GGSIPU as well as handling the Programme Officer position for National Service Scheme at Dwarka campus.

Dr. Takkar has extensive experience in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students.

He research interests focus on organizational transformation, employees' attitude, and sustainable development,economic issues.

She has published several research papers in peer-reviewed and Scopus-indexed journals and have presented her work at national and international conferences on themes such as leadership, public-private partnerships, and organizational change.

She has been recognized for her academic contributions, including serving as a jury member at an international film festival supported by UNESCO and chairing sessions at international conferences.

Dr. Takkar is a gold medalist in carrom at the college level.

Dr. Takkar engaged teaching-learning process actively incorporate innovative pedagogies such as case studies, simulations, storytelling, and real-life applications.

Dr. Takkar strive to simplify complex concepts, promote critical thinking, and align academic learning with industry expectations to enhance students’ practical skills and overall development.
