30 years of academic and research experience  as a faculty member, 25 years at the University School of Management Studies, (USMS) Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, of which as Professor  since August 2016. Engaged in teaching and research in various areas of Information Technology Management(Cloud computing, Blockchain technology, IoT, DBMS, Business Intelligence).

As a certified CISCO trainer conducted several training programmes. Recipient of the GGSIPU Best Teacher Award for Year 2006. Papers published in several international and national journals including Scopus & Web of Science indexed and ABDC ranked journals.

Presented papers and chaired sessions at several international and national conferences . Organized several faculty development, training programmes and workshops.
