Dr. Manoj Kumar is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the University School of Automation and Robotics, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, East Delhi Campus, since November 2022.

Prior to this, he held the position of Assistant Professor at Shaheed Rajguru College of Applied Sciences for Women, University of Delhi, from January 2021 to October 2022.
He earned his Ph.D. in Electronics from the University of Delhi in 2018, with a specialization in semiconductor device modelling. From 2018 to 2021, he was a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi.
Dr. Kumar completed his M.Tech in VLSI Design from CDAC-NOIDA, GGSIPU in 2011, and his M.Sc. in Electronics from CSJM University, Kanpur. He has also served as a Senior Research Fellow and Junior Research Fellow with esteemed organizations including CSIR, DRDO, and ISRO-SCL Chandigarh.
He has authored and presented over 40 research papers in national and international journals and conferences. His research interests include Semiconductor Device Modelling, VLSI Design, Neuromorphic Computing, and Quantum Computing.
