Dr. Jyotsna Yadav is an Associate Professor at the University School of Information and Communication Technology (USICT), Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), Delhi.

She possesses nearly two decades of academic experience as a full-time faculty member, having taught a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs including B.Tech (IT, CSE, ECE), M.Tech (IT, CSE, ECE), and MCA. She is presently serving as the Coordinator of B.Tech (ECE) and has previously held the position of Warden, Girls’ Hostel (2014) at GGSIPU.

Dr. Yadav obtained her Ph.D. in Digital Image Processing from GGSIPU. She is GATE 2003 qualified and a Silver Medalist in M.Tech (IT) (2006) from GGSIPU. She earned her B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from IGDTUW (formerly IGIT), Delhi.

Her research interests include Computer Vision, Pattern Recognition, Digital Image Processing, and Machine Learning. She has published numerous research papers in reputed international journals and conferences, with several receiving Best Paper Awards. She also holds a published patent in the domain of Digital Image Processing.

Dr. Yadav is an active reviewer for various SCI-indexed journals, including IEEE Access, Multimedia Tools and Applications (Springer), Arabian Journal for Science and Engineering (Springer), Wiley, and Hindawi. She has organized several Short-Term Courses (STCs), Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), and technical sessions in international conferences. She has also been invited as a speaker and session chair at various national and international academic events.
