Bharti Suri is working as Professor in University School of Information and Communication Technology since 2015. She obtained her Ph.D. in Information Technology and M.Tech in Information Technology (Gold Medalist) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi.  

Prior to joining this University, she has worked with Guru Jambheshwar University ,Hisar. She was co-investigator of UGC Funded Major Research Project in the area of Software Testing from 2006-2009. She received teacher fellowship under Faculty Improvement Programme Scheme to purse research leading to award of Ph.D. from UGC.

She was Advisor, Student's Association of Information Technology (SAINT) from 1999 to 2006. She has been Coordinator of B.Tech(CSE), M.Tech (CSE) and MCA programs in the University School of ICT, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.

Her area of interests includes software engineering, search based software engineering, software testing and software project management.

She is a senior member of IEEE and lifelong member of CSI (Computer Society of India). She has more than 50 publications in International/ National journals & conferences of repute. Her papers frequently appear as Book chapters published by international publishers.
