Dr. Ravindra Kumar Purwar, is working as full time professor in USIC&T. He did his Master's degree in Computer Science from J.K. Institute of Applied Physics and Technology, University of Allahabad and won DRDO scolarship for the entire course duration. He completed Master of Engineering (M.E.) through GATE in Computer Science from MNREC Allahabad (currently known as MNNIT Allahabad). He obtained his Ph.D. in Information Technology from USIT (currently known as USIC&T) GGSIP University Delhi. His reseach interests include Digital Image/Video Processing, Pattern Recognition and Machine Learning, Medical Image Processing, Image/Video Security etc.
