Rinkaj Goyal is working as an Asstt. Professor in the University School of Information & Communication Technology. He has obtained B. Tech in Computer Engineering, M. Tech and Ph.D in Information Technology.

He has teaching experience of more than 15 years. His teaching and research interests include Multi Agent Systems, Theoretical Computer Science and Software Measurement. Apart from regular academia, he is actively engaged in institution-industry training, collaboration, including Deputy coordinator of the Delhi Police training program on " Cyber Crime investigation and computer forensics " wherein more than 200 officers of the rank of ACP / Inspectors of Delhi Police were trained.
