Cyber Security and Machine Learning
Dr. Ashish Joshi is an Assistant Professor at the University School of Automation and Robotics, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), Delhi, specializing in Cyber Security, Wireless Networks, and Machine Learning. He earned his Ph.D. from GGSIPU in 2021, with a thesis titled "A Study on Designing Authentication Protocols for Wireless Body Area Networks," under the supervision of Prof. A.K. Mohapatra.
His research primarily focuses on developing secure authentication protocols tailored for wireless body area networks (WBANs), emphasizing lightweight and efficient cryptographic solutions. In addition to his research, Dr. Joshi has over a decade of teaching and administrative experience. He has taught subjects such as Computer Networks, Cryptography and Network Security, and Mobile Computing. His academic contributions and publications have garnered over 75 citations, reflecting his influence in the field. Dr. Joshi's expertise in cyber security is further demonstrated through his work on authentication protocols for WBANs, where he has proposed innovative solutions to enhance security and efficiency. His research integrates advanced cryptographic techniques with practical applications, contributing significantly to the advancement of secure wireless communication systems.
