Dr. Arya has earned PhD in Advanced Manufacturing. He has wide R&D experience in prestigious state-of-the-art laboratories at IIT Roorkee and IIT Bombay.

He has so far published 10 research articles in peer-reviewed (SCI/SCIE & high quartile ranking) international journals and conference proceedings. Apart from quality journals, we have filed 3 patents at Indian Intellectual Property, INDIA.

He has expertise in the fabrication of complex microfeatures on difficult-to-machine materials through subtractive / additive manufacturing for microfluidic / MEMS and medical applications.

He has sound knowledge of characterizing materials & complex micro features through microscopy / SEM / FE-SEM/ EDX / FTIR.

He worked in Networking and introduction of new techniques/ technologies such as intelligent manufacturing and mechatronics (automation & control) to develop the new facility/products.

He frequently utilized modeling & simulation, analysis, report writing, and programming tools (MATLAB, ANSYS, SOLIDWORKS, COMSOL, MS-Office, and python & C) for R&D purposes. Additional experience of Image Processing.

He has commendable knowledge of conducting experiments for parametric investigation and optimization through DOE.

He had Hands-on experience in laboratory-scale conventional as well as advanced machinery and state-of- the-art equipment.

He is expert in technical report writing, strong ability to handle research projects, teaching technical courses, and mentoring research projects.
