Dr. Joshi is working as an Assistant Professor in Physics at University School of Automation and Robotics, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Delhi since November 2022.
Dr. Joshi has also worked as Assistant professor/postdoctoral researcher at the International Centre for Interfacing Magnetism and Superconductivity with Topological Matter (MagTop), Department ON-6 of the Institute of Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences (IF PAN), Warsaw, Poland and an Assistant in the Department of Physics and Technology of Nanostructures with Wide Bandgap Semiconductors – Department ON-4 of the Institute of Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences (IF PAN), Warsaw, Poland.

With approximately 6 years of post-doctoral experience spanning premier research institutes in India and Europe (Poland).
Dr. Joshi possesses deep expertise in groundbreaking fields such as topological matter, unconventional superconductivity, and spintronics. This expertise is supported by a strong foundation in low-temperature physics, superconductivity and wide-band-gap semiconductors and nanostructures. A strong academic record from leading Indian institutions, including IIT Kharagpur, TIFR Mumbai and IIT Bombay, complements a diverse research history.
