Collective Clusterization in very light mass nuclear systems formed in heavy ion collisions Major 2011 Established the role of excitation and rotational energies in fusion-fission, deep inelastic orbiting and cluster decay processes in heavy ion reactions forming very light mass CN. Explored the characteristic role of deformation and orientation degrees of freedoms of nuclei in the decay of very light mass CN. Dynamics of both the light particles and intermediate mass or fission fragments emissions have been established for the very light mass CN. Clustering behaviour of lighter mass systems have been explored dynamically, and its impact on the heavy ion collision reactions forming very light mass CN. 12-07-2012 To 12-07-2015 (3 years)
